1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly (such as name, email address, company name, and account credentials), information generated through your use of the portal (such as dashboard preferences, CRM lead records you enter, and billing selections), and technical data (such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and usage logs).

When you connect Google Ads or other ad platforms, we receive OAuth tokens and account identifiers necessary to display campaign metrics and diagnostics you authorize. We do not store your Google account password.

2. How we use information

We use collected information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the client portal and reporting features
• Authenticate users and enforce account security
• Sync and display advertising performance data you authorize via platform APIs
• Process subscriptions or billing where applicable
• Respond to support requests and communicate service updates
• Comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud or abuse

3. Google Ads API data

If you enable live Google Ads integration, we access Google Ads API data only for the Google Ads customer accounts you select, and only to provide features visible in the product (such as spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, campaign status, and diagnostic queries).

Google user data is used solely to provide and improve user-facing features in Redpush Digital Marketing. We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data for advertising purposes unrelated to your own campaigns, or for creditworthiness determination.

You may disconnect Google Ads at any time from Settings; we will revoke stored OAuth tokens associated with that connection subject to our retention policy below.

4. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who assist in hosting, analytics, payment processing, or customer support, under contracts that require appropriate safeguards. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

Aggregated or de-identified data that cannot reasonably identify you may be used for product analytics and service improvement.

5. Data retention

We retain account and integration data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us; some records may be retained where required for legal, tax, or security purposes.

6. Security

We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, including encrypted transport (HTTPS), access controls, and secure storage of credentials and tokens. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please use a strong password and protect your login credentials.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and as required by applicable law.

8. International transfers

Our services may be operated from Indonesia and other jurisdictions. By using the service, you understand that information may be processed in countries that may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.

9. Children

The service is not directed to individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be communicated via email or in-product notice where appropriate.
